Title: UCA 4.0 & Nupoint

I have a customer that can't play VM messages on her phone, however can play them on their PC. Is there some configuration that is missing?

I should also add that I am referring to the customer using UCA to check the messages, and then choosing which playback device, either pc speakers or phone.

I think you have to put the extension number in the call me phone number in UM web view
