Hi All:
Is this possible? To have different ringtone's for different incoming lines ?
Whats the best way do see / hear differentiate different lines?

Sorry for digging up an old post, but is this still the same? No option to do this? In our case we have an intercom system that rings a few phones. It would be extremely handy if you could hear by the tone or anything if it is a normal line or one of the intercoms that is calling.

I was recently pass along something that suggested that Mitel was working on distinctive ringing for key appearances.
Not available yet but.... (next year maybe)
I can think of an option here.
You may have to draw this out but if you took a SIP loud bell and made it ring along with any group lines then you could tell between the two of them.
One loud bell I have in my lab can be made to sound like a dog barking. Actually pretty realistically.

The only thing you can change on a Mitel set is the pitch/tone of the ring, but this affects all the times the set will ring, not just for external or internal calls. Could be useful if you had one set in your intercom group that didn't receive 'normal' calls, like what Ralph said.
Program a superkey on a programmable button and this will give you access to 'adjust ringer' then you can adjust pitch and tone.
