Post by: gimitel on February 25, 2011, 08:07:06 AM
Guys i am setting up an demo lab.
I want to intergrate mircosoft outlook with my Mitel 3300 ICP CXi, so i can call my through the microsoft outlook contact list.
For example right click on the user in the contact list and mak the call.

Can someone explain to me how i can do that so i can try it out ?

Thanks,

The only two ways I know to do this are with either UC Express or UC Advanced. With UC Express you can't click on the contact within outlook, but the UC Express tool-bar will search your Outlook contacts and dial from there.

You can also use "Your Assistant Lite 3.0.7". If you install it as Lite version, it will run stand alone. You will need to configure the Mitel TAPI in on your phone and modem options. This version doesn't work on Windows Vista or 7.
