I have been getting these messages for the last month. My Enterprise server was automatically providing the time updates to my 3300 enterprise. The daily update is still happening but my PBXs are reporting this as per below....
-Running MCD 4.0 SP2
Software 4931 Warning 2011/Feb/15 06:11:34 VPIM CSMTPClientMsg::SendDate - Unable to get Time Zone
Main ipvm_smtpclientmsg.cpp;1855
Software 4930 Warning 2011/Feb/15 06:11:34 AL -- IPVMCD Unexpected Result->Cvm_server_tbl::GetLocalRecord()
Failed to find a local record. Check the NVM Servers table to make sure that there is a local record.
Main Cvm_server_tbl.cpp;868
Software 4929 Warning 2011/Feb/15 06:11:33 AL -- IPVMCD Unexpected Result->Cvm_server_tbl::GetLocalRecord()
Failed to find a local record. Check the NVM Servers table to make sure that there is a local record.
Thank you in advance.

Sounds to me like you have an entry in the VM Network servers. Please remove if that is the case.

Clarification....
These are Mitel 3300's boxes. Is there a maintenace command I can use to clear this or correct it?
Thank you,

Mitelmindset, have you posted this on another forum also? I seem to recognize this post. The log is refering to embedded Voicemail (most likley the voicemail to email function) and it is looking to the Networked Voicemail servers form for a local record to apply the correct timezone. If you have this feature enabled on the 3300 and have no local record you will need to add one.

Bobcheese,
I've seen this one too before.
Didn't see the resolution. My question is, where to you add the local record?

Hey Ralph, ok so you go to Network VM servers form, add a new record, 'network element name' should be same as in network element assignment, 'type' should be '3300 ICP', local should be set to 'yes', IP & DNS are self explanetry and the 'time zone' should be the local time zone of the controller. This ensures the correct time stamp for email & message detail (it also should stop the logs :))
