Title: Emergency Call button

I have a 5220 phone that has the #2 button programmed as Emergency Call button,  when someone dials 911, all the phones with Emergency call buttons ring, except this one ?   The other phones that work are the same model, not sure why its not functioning.

Check the class of service and make sure its a member of the emergency hunt group.
