Title: what are SMH History logs?

I've never seen these logs before. They're saved in /vmail.
I don't know how I would have enabled them but they seem to be creating new files every 45 minutes or so.
I rebooted the system to see if I could turn them off but it survived the reboot.

Not sure, but might be some type of sip vmail message notification type of log
