Title: ACD Agent Not On CCC Wallboard

Hello

I've configured an ACD Agent in MiVoice Business thats been synced and is showing in YourSiteExplorer. Under Contact Center Client I have a profile with a bunch of ACD Agents but I can't add in this specific ACD Agent's extension there to the Agent State Of Time so I can see when they have logged in and out of the queues. I have configured this user the same way as another. They aren't showing in the Contact Center Client or Ignite, is there any places I should double check? Is it a Licensing thing?

This can be a licensing issue. You need to ensure the agent is licensed for real time in YSE.

So the "Disable real-time monitoring and data collection on this device" option needs to be un-checked on the Agent in YSE
