Hello,
I've seen a few other posts on this topic. They may be slightly out of date. Has anyone had any recent luck installing MiVoice Office 250 / Mitel 5000 on an x64 Windows 11 PC? After installation, trying to run DB Programming gives the following error:
unable to start the db programming session (HRESULT=0x80040154)
I've tried installing OpenSSL version 3.5.2 x64. Also tried repairing Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Runtime but the repair fails due to the file not being found. Attempted to download the 2016 Runtime x64 and it still failed after installing it.
Could there be a certain combo of OpenSSL and Access runtime that still might work?

MitelCW,
What version of System Administration and Diagnostics are you trying to install.
You need to install 6.3 SP4 then 6.3 SP7 and then install the version of DB programming you need.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. I've confirmed I'm using DB Programming 6.3.11.109
I'm not quite certain if the downloads I'm trying to use are SP4 and SP7. This is what I tired:
Ran file named "6_3_52_0-SysAd_6_3_7_52-DBP-64bit.exe" and stepped through the install wizard. It included the prerequisites for Microsoft Access database objects and Crystal reports. At the end I did not allow it to install DB programming.
Next ran the file "6_3_109_0-SysAd_6_3_11_109-DBP-64bit.exe" and at the end allowed it to install DB programming.
This combo still give me the db programming error. Are these the files for SP4 and SP7? If not, are they still available to download somewhere? I can't seem to locate the download center that gets referenced in some other posts.

mitecw,
The 6.3 SP4 is 6.3.8.105.
The 6.3 SP7 is 6.3.11.136
The version 6.3.11.109 is the version of DB programming associated with 6.3 SP7.
So you need to get 6.3 SP4 from your vendor, as that is the only way to get the software, and install that first and then install 6.3 SP7 which you have.
After that install the version of your system that you need to use for DB programming.
Thanks,

Hi TE,
Thanks very much for the info. I was able to contact our reseller and they had the versions needed. They also provided an installer for OpenSSL version 1.1.1. Not sure if it was necessary or not, but after running through SP4, SP7, and OpenSSL everything is working great on a Windows 11 PC.
