Title: Automatically insert / Dialing number 9

Hello Mitel Community

The system information:
System: ICP 3300 CX controller
Software: Mivoice Bussiness Release level 10.0 SP1

The requirement:
Some extensions need to automatically insert / dial  number 9 when picking up the handset before dialing. Please help show me how to set-up / programing in systems

This is one of the things that is sadly not possible on the MiVoice Business system without extensive reworking of ARS and renumbering of everything in the system.
