What's the error you get? Maybe it's been locked out due to multiple attempts?

A license issue would never prevent you from logging in... that isn't the case here.
What error message are you getting?
If you are positive you have the right password and cannot login, I would suggest trying a different browser, like FireFox, to login and if that doesn't work a hard reboot of the system can sometimes correct this problem.
I am assuming you don't use the "system" login? If not, it might be worth it to reach out to your vendor to see if they can access the system at the system level and reset you login credentials for you local admin user. If that fails, they will need to open a ticket with Mitel support to have the password reset which will also require an active Mitel SWA (Software Assurance) agreement before they can even open a ticket with support. Both software assurance and a password reset are items that have a cost, your vendor can guide you through that but I can tell you that it isn't "cheap".

If you've entered the wrong password incorrectly 3x in a row the user account, no matter if it's the root, admin or a created user, that account will be locked out for a minimum of 20 minutes. Suggestions would be leave it alone for 30 minutes, make sure you're using the correct username/password before trying again. Usually copying and pasting the password into the field helps. We all know how easy it is to mis-type a password especially when the characters in the password field are all asterisks *. The other option is to reboot the system/controller and MXeIII takes a good 10 to 25 minutes to reboot anyways depending on how large the system's database is.
Hope this helps. :)
