Title: individual phones - extend Forward No Answer to Voicemail?

Client has regular users + memory care users.

Admin wants the memory care users phone to ring longer, before going to voicemail.

Currently it's set to 15 seconds in Timers and Limits.

Is that possible on a MiVoice 250 V6.3 SP6?

The answer is yes it can, but it is by multiples of your system forwarding timer.

Each forwarding path has four forwarding points and each point will last 15 seconds if your system forwarding timer is 15.

If they need it at a different interval you may need to lower the system forwarding timer and adjust all users system forwarding path.

Keep in mind you will want to use a different forwarding path for regular users vs memory care users.
