Title: Mitel 5330/5340 phones not showing programmable keys in settings
Post by: herpderp on June 06, 2025, 03:14:52 PM: We have some 5330/5340's connected to a 250. They're not giving us the "programmable keys" option in settings. I press the app key, settings, and then it just shows languages/text size/brightness/etc... Any ideas how to fix it? Or is there another way to program the programmable keys?

Post by: acejavelin on June 08, 2025, 11:20:21 PM: No different than other MiVoice Office 250 phones, but WAY different than MiVoice Business or other core Mitel systems (3300, SX200)... if the key is not programmed, press it and it will prompt you for a feature code or extensions... If it is programmed, dial [FEATURE] 397, then select the key and enter the extension of FAC.
