Hello
Can anyone tell me how to access the backup files on a MVO when it shows an error when I'm trying to log in?
I believe the system software needs to be reloaded but I need to get the backups first before doing it.
I've tried using SSH but it shows that the connection refused.

Ok I'm trying now to access the unit via FTP. I'm currently testing this on another unit.
I've tried through windows and other software(MobaXtrem). The popup appears for the login credentials and I've entered the correct details as for I can log into the test unit via the web browser, but it doesn't log in.
Is there any other details required for this?

When you say it doesn't log in, what exactly happens?
