Title: SX200 Embedded Mail MWI lights on with no messages in the mailbox

I have not worked on a SX200 in years and can't remember the solution to this problem  There are a couple of rooms in a hotel that the MWI Lamps are on but there are no messages waiting.

I think you can clear all features via maint
