Title: reception line is ringing but unable to attend outside calls!

HI.
stuck in a Problem as i am supporting this old age Mitell 5000 system, all of sudden we are having issue that when somone calls from outside the org. it rings at reception with display on screen ( 1 call waiting on hg2001) but when we pick up the headset it does not connect to the call and hear the standard ring toon no matter which line button we press ( we have 4 lines).
all the local intercom work fines and there is no error on the main system, and i Know nothing other than the rebooting the whole system whcih i did but no luck! I have Mivoice 250 app installed on the system , any help will be appriciated please.
