Hello everyone, I apologize in advance for my approximate English, I did a lot of translation, and some sentences are written by me.
To sum up I bought a Mitel A5000 Compact, but used, then necessarily it has already been used by someone. Problem: I do not have the passwords to log in on the admin page, so my question is it is simple, how do I reset the mitel to its factory state and even deleting administrator passwords to make new ones. I have been trying for days to find a solution without success, thank you in advance for your help.
