Title: Mitel/Aastra 620d Firmware Update

Hi all!

I hope this is the right forum for my question.
I have a Aastra/Mitel 620d DECT Handset with a pretty old firmware, which is too old for the PBX I want to connect to.

I already have the USB Firmware Update Tool, but I am missing a firmware package for my Handset. Searching on the Internet, I unfortunately also did not find any downloads for it.

So now my question: does anyone here have a (semi-recent) firmware package for the 620d DECT Handset for the USB Update Tool or know where I would get one?

Not sure how this is related to the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 (Mitel 5000 or the old Intertel 5000)... I would assume since this is "Aastra" related it would be more suited to the Aastra discussion area. I will move it there in hopes you can find an answer.

That was exactly what I needed, I was able to successfully update the Handset.
