Title: Mitel 6940 Phone Black Screen

Dear All,

We face this issue that multiple IP Phones 6940 connected on different cisco switches in different buildings got black screen in one day ! the phones get POE from the switches.

Any Ideas where to start?

maybe provide a bit more details?

What system are they registered to? What Firmware are they using? SIP or MiNET?
Where they powered on but with black screen?
What did you do to get them back up?
Or did you mean got turned off?
