Title: Add New Network Elements

Hello everyone. I just discovered this forum and am looking forward to get some help around here please.

I am working on a Mitel Communications Director and I am tasked to create new Network Elements, a step to create a functional SIP Trunk, but everytime I click on Add in the Network Elements section (Windows 7, Internet Explorer), it just gives me a blank page with the buttons "Save" and "Cancel" below.

It's just a blank "Add" page. What might've the problem and how can I fix it??
