Title: Call transfer Question

NOTE: I KNOW very little about MiVB so as this might sound like a stupid question I truly don't know the answer: Scenerio: SIP Trunks, call comes in = 1 call path, Call is transfered to an EXTERNAL number = 2 total call paths.  The external party transfers the call back into the business = 3 call paths.  Correct?

Yes... in most cases that is correct.

Running into this issue a lot lately with car dealers and AI... it's a serious current call session hog.
