Can anyone please assist on how to set up and use intercom on mivoice business 3300 cloud pbx

Over the phones or a PA? Need more info to help. If over the phone setup a FAC for direct page and build a page group. Its in the help / task guide on the MiVB. If its PA you need a SIP device like an Algo or you can butcher a Mitel IP phone if you have an extra or beat up set. Connect the output from the Algo or cut the speaker leads from the IP phone to get audio to your amp. Mitel phone still needs to be in a page group. SIP like an Algo will be a direct extension dial. Mind you this is extremely generic descriptions. Not knowing what you are doing or what equipment is involved makes it difficult to answer.

over the PA like i need a feature were i can just dial something like *7 and intercom starts on selected range of phones

There's two things here:
If you just need the announcement over the speaker on the range of phones, you're looking for the "page group" form. Assign a number and add phones to the group.
But you also said "over the PA" which implies there's an overhead speaker system that needs interfaced. Depending on how this is built out there would be a completely different way of interfacing with it and more information about it would be required.

okay i did that and on feature access code i have assigned *9 and whenever i try using it it says busy,
