Title: Ring Group Extensions to report on when going on break or lunch.

Hello,
I have a question about ring group hot desk extensions on the 3300 version 10.0 if there is any way when a extension needs to take a break or go to lunch the can enter a code like ACD with make busy/dnd codes that we can report on in the Micc, I know only ACD can do this but anyway a ring group extension can do and report on.

Make Busy with reason codes should work for Ring Group members, but they have to be ACD agents to be able to report on their usage.
