Title: Adding Removing agents from agent skill group

Is there no easier process than logging into MiVB as an admin and add remove agents? No way to give someone permission to only add/remove?

The current way just does not seem the best way to do this.

I found some info on using web ignite but cannot locate the "tools" option.

Adding Agents to Agent Group
To add agents to an agent group:
1.   In Web Ignite, log in as a Supervisor with System Administrator credentials.
2.   Go to Tools > MiCC Web Configuration.
3.   Select an agent group from the drop-down list.
4.   Click the Add agent group members button on the right.
The Agent Groups configuration page opens.

system propreties -> system administration -> admin Policies :  add a new Policy with read/write access to the menus you need.
then go back to :
system propreties -> system administration -> User Authorization Profiles :

create a new user
tick : system admin
system admin policy name : choose the profile that u create.

now you can logging into the mivb with this user.
