Hello Everyone,
I have a problem with my 3300 Mxe version 43.0.1.16 ICP for sip trunk. I have an incoming call, but I can't dial for outgoing. Can you pls tell me what is the possible cause issue

There is a lot of things that can cause that.
What is the error you see on the phone's display when you try to dial out?

its show invalid on the screen of ip phone and fast busy for analog

It sounds like your ARS Digits dialed is not pointing to your SIP Trunk Route for outbound calls.
