Title: POTS line on AMB

I have 4 working POTS lines at a new site I am turning up. I have a cx ii at release 10.1.0.29. When I plug the POTS lines into LS 1 - 6 port they immediately go into a busy state. I have my butt set in line and can hear the line go off hook as soon as I plug the RJ 11 in and it never goes idle until I unplug the line.  I have tried plugging a POTS line into the unconfigured LS ports 5 and 6 and I get the same result as when I plug them into configured LS ports 1 - 4. Do I have a bad AMB on this unit that's never been out of the box? Has anyone ran into this issue?

Switching to a new AMB fixed it
