Title: MiVoice 400 DID to Public Phonebook

We have a Mivoice 400 that we need a DID to goto an external number that's in the public phone book. I can seem to figure out why its not working. I have a smart did setup and an entry in the public phone book, but the DID just goes to the operator 0.
