Title: 6867i problems delay

Hello, in our company we use 6867i devices. We experience two problems:

1. When dialing a number, it takes about 8 seconds for the device to respond. Pressing Dial or Picking up doesn`t help.

2. When calling, there is a delay of 2-3 seconds, so everyone has to repeat their name etc..

What can be the reason for these problems?
