I set up Alarm Email Notification with the same email server settings that work across other Mitel applications. I can't get it to work on MiVB 9.4.1.21. I don't see a way to test it, but I do see multiple alarms sent after I updated settings and my email address.
Thoughts on how to get this to work?

Have all the alarms been clear since you set up the email?
