Hi all,
Has anyone got an IP intercom device working as a Generic SIP Phone on MiVoice ?
I've bought a FANVIL i63 to test but will gladly try other model's if they're known workers.
I configure an extn as a Generic SIP Phone on the MITEL with SIP Password in "Access and Authentication"
The only LOG I get off the MiVoice is "Hot Desk : 31006 unlocked by DISA TIMER timeout" (which is the correct extn number)
I get a log from the FANVIL "W/vcore.pfm.agent | pfmAgentRegisterStateUpdate: Number not match!"

Authentication User: 31006
Display name: INT
Authentication Password:

I've found that sometimes you need to enter the SIP Password in the "User PIN" field in the MiVB instead of the SIP Password field.

what is an ip intercom device? is it similar to an ip paging unit? never heard of this

I don't believe there should be any difference to this unit with other SIP Phones. But if it is getting locked out then it could mean the SIP account (password) doesn't match.
Maybe try resetting the door phone to factory default and setting up the SIP account again?
