Title: Call Recording Options

I have a customer with MiVoice Call Recording recording, using trunk-side recording on a PRI, that due to an unfortunate series of events, missed the option to use the local licensing and their calls are no longer being recorded... What alternatives are out there? I have heard of Hanson Software's call recording application, has anyone used it? They are sending out emails saying they have an alternative for MiVoice Call Recording... https://www.hansensoftware.com/

NICE has a pretty comprehensive package but its very public safety oriented. Eventide is another one.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of those two, but seems a bit overkill for this customer which is a large car dealer and just has to look up an occasional call here and there... We will keep looking.
