Title: Problem with phone 4025 when picking up the handset

The phone 4025 receives calls but when the handset is picked up the call is not taken until you press key 1 which has multicall and at that moment you start to hear the other person calling.

I will detail the phone keys settings:

I have already changed for a new phone but the same symptom continues.

Check class of service option ringing line select is enabled

Perhaps headset is enabled?
In maintenance enter LOC FE EXT <extension>

Dear, thank you for your help.
I consulted with the user and he told me that he did not need to have those features, so I deleted and created the user again, and the phone worked normally after that.
