Is there a log of MIR recordings that have replayed/downloaded? If so, how can it be reviewed?

Hello, still getting familiar with the system. However, you can configure Notifications. I am not familiar with the logs yet.
I have been successful using these steps:
1. System Configuration > Tenant > General Settings > SMTP - I added my email server and test connection is successful
2. System Configuation > Notifications > AUDIT / Conversation_Replay
a. Activate
b. Recipients > e-mail addresses > Create > add my email address > Save
3. Playback a recording and I did get an email alert
You can set various alerts via SNMP or SMTP.
Again, new system and will learn more in time.

Thank you for the detailed guidance. The Notification table is very useful for more than just system information.

you can also check them using the system monitoring in the audit section once you have activated the notification
