Hello,
I have a Mitel 5360 on a 3300 system where the primary line often shows that it is in use when it is not. Calls cannot come in during this time. The set will clear itself.
I have so far been unable to find a way to clear this.

If it's a prime line you can do a couple of commands to try and figure out what's happening.
Stat ext <extension>
loc fe ext <extension>
If it's not a prime line then you can first find the PLID of the host phone with the command stat ext <extension> then while it's happening you can use the command of stat mls <PLID of Host phone>. If the line is actually busy it will show either I-busy or you-busy. If it says you-busy then you'll have to track down who else has that line.

I tried those commands and it shows my device is idle even though the set shows it is in use:

Remove the call forward Always and I'd bet the light goes out.
It's showing that the line is forwarded on an always condition.
