Title: MiCollab call drops when someone calls via Teams.

Need you help regarding the issue with MiCollab. I was on the phone with the customer and when someone calls to my new MS teams, the MiCollab call automatically goes to drop the call.

was the micollab running as softphone - suspect its an audio device problem

teams is nasty and will steal the audio devices whenever it wants
