Is there a self service option for end users to reset their own voicemail passwords?
If not, can it be done from the Admin mailbox, and if so, how?
Lastly, can we limit permissions for Helpdesk staff to log into NuPoint portal to only allow them to reset voicemail passwords?

I think if setup correctly the MiCollab portal would allow a user to change their passcode for Nupoint
