Title: MSL wont load on a Supermicro server

I cant seem to find drivers for an INTEL chipset so the MSL cant see the hard drives. Anyone else have this issue? never ran into this issue before.

Have you looked at the Mitel documents for engineering and installing MSL? There are several changes to the BIOS that need to made for it to work properly... disable Secure Boot, hardware RAID, Intel RST, and other things.

might be that the MSL version isnt supported on the server you are trying to use

how are the drives connected  - have definitely had some issues in the past with raid cards not being recognsied

what version of msl?

Using bootable USB?  Build the bootable drive using Rufus in DD mode.  Something about the image bring corrupted if not built in DD mode.  I have had this happen many times the last few years to my techs.  If you burn MSL to a DVD this doesn't happen.
