Title: 250 + Remote 5340e unable to connect post broadband change

Hi,

We have a mitel 250 system with a handful of remote 5340e handsets. The site with those handsets is remote, and the broadband was just migrated with a change of IP address associated.

Since the broadband change over, the 5340e can not connect to the host server.

I am guessing there's a setting on the 250 to change to allow the connection from the remote site?

All of our other remote sites run 6x series phones that go via either a VPN or via the MBG we have installed, but the 5340e phones did not require that and don't connect that way.

Any idea what we can check/change to allow the access.
