Title: Mitel 470

One of my our client with 470 couldn't browse to the 470 (version 4.1).The search tool couldn't find the system in the local network. Apparently he could ping the system IP address . He decided to restart the system and it didn't come back up with the error "Failed to mount volume /home".
I am not sure if the system has defaulted . any help will be appreciated .

Usually, reboots would work unless the CF is gone... For System search, you must be in the same physical network for it to show up. You also need to select the correct network interface on your PC.
