Title: IGNITE WEB V9

Hi,

We are using Web Ignite for users (v9) and have come across an interesting problem
There are several customers on the same MIVB, but separated into tenants. If a user from organization A searches for a contact person in Ignite, he will also see the contacts of customer B. Can that be solved?

I am not sure if you can....

Ignite uses ElasticSearch to fill the fields. If someone knows if you can build in tenancy for that I am open to hear about it.

You can check on the MiCC when opening \Program Files (x86)\Mitel\MiContact Center\Support\ElasticSearchManager\ElasticSearchManager.exe
