Title: Cannot get Mitel Web Interface

Hi Guys,
I need to install a new project. I have new SSD SATA and CXi chassis. When the system is starting up (booting) the error led on the chassis remains blinking. It is not turning off! Through serial i capture a few pictures that is attach in this topic.  At the end in the booting process i am getting "Give root password for maintenance"  When i enter the root password i am getting the following sh-4.3#

What i need to do so this pbx can continue successfully so i can get the web interface so i can login to start programming the pbx.
Pls check the picture in the attachment.

Guess I am not sure... it look completely loaded... can you not open https://192.168.1.2/server-manager from a PC with a static IP in that subnet?

I cannot access the web interface. I can ping the ip address. But on the pbx the alarm led is on.

im guessing that HDD didnt have any mitel software on it - looks like its booting to a version 9 system but cant find the software installed on the HDD.
