Title: Mitel 5340 phones going via an SRC.
Post by: Kal99 on October 19, 2023, 06:28:29 AM
Hi All,

I have a controller running at 10.0 SP1 and an MBG(SRC) 11.5.2.31

If the 5340 connect directly to the controller they are fine.  However we have 7 of them routed via the SRC for recording, and they are stuck on application loading.  What am I missing.

regards
Kalpesh.

src is unable to provide the applications that need to be loaded on the phone but i cannot tell more without tug logs.

raise a ticket with support, it sounds fairly simple.

Also to add in the diagnostics it shows port 3999 as failed.

Are other phones successfully connecting to the SRC?

All the customer has is 5340.  If  connect them to the controller they are fine.  If I connect them via the SRC it gets stuck on application loading.  On the SRC port 3999 failed is a red herring I have checked on our customers it does the same thing.

Looking at the system security it's set to High.  I think it needs to be Legacy.
