Is it possible to disable call history on certain phones? IP 6920 , Mitel 3300 MXe-III 8.0 SP2
Is it something to do with HCI in class of service?
thanks!

I've never had a need to disable it myself, but I did find an older KMS article referencing the HCI/CTI/TAPI COS options needed to be enabled for Call History to work on them, so you could try disabling them on a test COS and see what happens. This will have impact other applications that use HCI/CTI/TAPI to interface with the phone, like MiCC and MiCollab.

You could also set Max Call History Records to 0 in the Service Details tab.

I don't believe that setting does anything on the 6900 phones, since the Call History app is local to the phone rather than stored on the MiVB like with the 5300 series.

HCI/CTI/TAPI disable seems to have done the trick. Its for a sensitive/secure engagement.
