Title: How to disable Call Back feature?

We are needing to turn off the call back feature for our system.  It is driving our users crazy, and us when we get a work order everytime they think they have a voicemail and it is this feature.

If it can't be disabled, is there a way for me to remotely clear the call back MWI so it stops blinking?

It can be disabled in MiVB 9.2 and above via the "Callbacks - Allowed" option in Class of Service. Be careful not to disable it on your voice mail port COS, as that will break voice mail MWI.
