Title: Red flashing lights on 2 analogue phones

I have still got two analogies phones in this hotel that has red flashing lights and it wont turn off . I did locate feature extension on the commands . That indicated " MWI  lamp on" . The feature code will not work. Also the extension do not have voicemail . In fact the whole site do not have voice mail .
I checked the class of service and is the same as the rest of the analogues  so, I just cannot turn them off . The site supervisor tried a new phone and obviously because it on the port is exactly the same . Any suggestion will be much appreciated . Thanks

I assume you mean the Message Waiting - Deactivate FAC? Sometimes you have to do it multiple times, you will only clear the most recent MWI and sometimes people set it more than once. Also remember to use the code you enter the FAC then the extension you are trying to clear... so if the Deactivate code is #33 and it's extension 1234, you dial #331234 and hang up.
