Title: SA-100 troubles

We have three phone in our shipping area that don't work. The POE lights on the switch are off for those ports although in the admin interface they are listed as "No errors" but also "Searching". The phone screen however is lit up which makes it appear that it has power albeit with a "No Service" error. Any ideas? Thanks!

I believe the SA-100 is extension of the Shoretel system, although I am not familiar with it.

More details are going to be necessary to assist with this... Types of phones, if other, known working phones work on these ports or if these phones work on other known good ports, if the switch has been reboot, patch cords or cable runs tested, etc.

I am going to move this to what I believe is a more appropriate discussion area.
