Title: Mitel 5330e Calling User Back

Hello,

I have a user that says his voicemail calls him back after he checks it. He is also experiencing some call backs after he makes a normal call, but mainly it's his voicemail. I have tried looking in the MyVoice and MyCollab portals and have not found anything unusual, I even switched out the physical phone altogether. He says there is nothing on the other end when he gets the call backs, and I just want to narrow it down as to what could be the cause. We are using the 3300 phone system.

Sounds almost like user error and they're somehow putting the call on hold instead of disconnecting and the call is recalling back.
