Title: Mitel 3300 - Feature Codes *48 and *51 Not Working For Ring Group

The Feature Access Codes for joining a group (*48) or leaving a group (*51) don't work for one of my ring groups.  I put in the code, input the group number when prompted, but I get a busy signal along with the message "Invalid Number".  Any ideas?

Is the problem Ring Group using the same COS as one that works? There's COS options to allow/deny members to change their presence.

I just checked it.  The COS has "Group Presence Control" and "Group Presence Third Party Control" enabled.
