Title: Micollab contacts from Outlook shared mailbox
Post by: Arnout on June 12, 2023, 11:19:14 AM
Hi,

At our company we store contacts in two shared mailboxes. Now we want those contacts as personal contacts in Micollab V9.
Is this possible?

The only solution I found is to export the contacts and import them into the personal contacts of the main Outlook profile. However, the problem is that everytime the contacts in those two shared mailboxes get updated you need a new import. This is not doable for us.

Any ideas?

You might have to do this on the Outlook/Exchange/MS365 side, find a way to sync the shared mailbox contacts with the user's personal address book, since that's what MiCollab reads.

I wonder if they could be bulk imported as a csv file
