Hi all. I hope you can help
We can't seem to call certain local numbers, particularly those starting with 52.
We use 9 to dial external, strangely some 52**** do work but on the ones that don't work, it comes up with "trunk 5##" the number changes and the line is just silent. An example is (01983) 522348, I have tried with 01983 included
Nothing has been changed on the Mitel portal so we can't understand what has changed. I am new to the system and tend to be the only one using it and I haven't changed anything.
Help! haha

In Maintenance Commands try DGT TRACE with the number you want to dial and it should show you if you have a conflicting ARS Digits Dialed. Sounds like 9+52 is trying to access Trunk 5XX specifically.
