Title: Mitel Integrated Wireless Headsets - Volume control

Users are complaining that the volume on our new Mitel integrated headsets does not stay up from call to call.  It always sets to 2.  The COS for the line is set to remember the volume and does work well for the handsets just not the wireless headset.  Anyone seen this?

  Have them set it to 8 while on a call.  I think that if you max it out, it will go back to what is was before they increased it.

I think you also need to check the COS for "Handset Volume Saved"
